We had a great month in April. At a national awards ceremony organised by the Publican magazine we were given the honour of receiving a HIGHLY COMMENDED position in the UK MUSIC PUB OF THE YEAR category, effectively runners up to Riffs Bar in Swindon.

This is an amazing achievement for all of us who have been involved with the Bull over the past 2 years or so. For many people back then The Bull would have been somewhere you would avoided at all costs, but now it is gaining a great reputation to hear some of the best music in East Anglia and it is totally FREE.

Without the support of some great musicians and customers along the way we would have not been able to achieve this result and we would like THANK YOU ALL and hopefully keep improving and giving everyone one of the best nights in Colchester.
